Apple Podcast payment not assigned correctly

I subscribed to a podcast in January. The payment is shown in the AppStore under active subsriptions.

But: If a want to listen to the podcast, the Podcast App keeps asking for payment, as if I did not subscribe.

Furthermore: The payment shown in the AppStore under active subsriptions is not linked to the Podcast, as it usually would be. (No corresponding image of the podcast)

I tried to ask for a refund, but got declined. I asked for the payment to be assigend to the correct podcast, but got no answer.

What can I do?

Anyone else encountered a similar problem?
