iPhone 16 Pro keeps going into Recovery Mode despite software updates and restores
I upgraded to a new iPhone 16 pro on Dec 20th, 2024 and since then, the phone has gone into Recovery Mode 12 times. It always happens overnight while I'm sleeping so I've missed alarms for work and it has become incredibly frustrating not knowing if I'm going to have a functioning phone when I wake up. I follow the instructions that graphic gives me to plug into a laptop and click "update" instead of "restore" which would involve resorting back to factory settings. The problem that always occurs is I download the new software update on my laptop and then try and update the phone and it ALWAYS says an error occurred on the phone while trying to update. I have to go through the "update" and error thing about 3 times before I only get the option to restore my phone to factory settings. I end up having to restore it. I've gone to Apple and done it all. I've restored it to and iCloud backup AND I've gone through setting it up as a brand new iPhone. I was told that setting it up as a brand new iPhone would solve the issue, but it hasn't. What do I do next? Apple won't give me a new iPhone because they say "Technically nothing is wrong with the software" but clearly there is something in there or else I wouldn't be continuing to go through this issue every couple weeks/days. Any ideas?
