Brother is another manufacturer of laser printers, where Mac OS X 10.3 drivers still can be downloaded for some older models. See, for instance, the HL-1 series (https://support.brother.com/g/b/midlink_product.aspx?c=us&lang=en&content=dl&site=pc&orgc=us&orglang=en&targetpage=17&pcatid=1).

There may be exceptions, but do not expect modern printers to support Mac OS X 10.3 Panther. Your best chance would probably be to search for a used monochrome laser printer. This could be one of the laser models (for example, Canon, HP, Samsung) manufactured approximately 2003 to 2008. Once you have found a suitable model (check online marketplaces/auction sites), go to the support site of the printer manufacturer. Check whether Mac drivers for the exact printer are available for Mac OS X 10.3.
Yes, Panther.
The chances of getting a new printer, in the year 2025, that comes with drivers for either seem pretty slim …
Good luck.
An eMac would be a PowerPC-based Mac, and Mac OS X 10.3.* would be Jaguar. I doubt if any new printers sold today ship with drivers for a Mac and operating system that old.
Mac OS X 10.3.4 would be Panther.
