What causes the delay in iPhone to Mac FaceTime Calls?

If my MacBook Air M3 lid is closed and I get a call on my phone and I pick it up and talk. I will receive that call on my Macbook when I open the lid and login. It can be an hour or days later? I just bought this MacBook a duo apple rep since to have a clue. Help!!!

MacOS FaceTime Rings After Call on iPhone Ends I have the option for "Calls from iPhone" enabled on my iMac, and it works fine. The trouble is recently if I answer the call on the iPhone, the iMac rings a minute AFTER I end the call on the iPhone. It rings for nothing. No caller or anything. It's a recent problem. I've checked all settings on the iPhone and iMac. Any ideas?

Calls drop when trying to switch between iPhone and Mac I am using an iPhone 14 pro, and Mac Pro 2021. I have the latest iOS (14.6.1 (a)) and latest MacOS (Ventura 13.3.1 (a)). I love getting calls on the Mac, but here is the issue: If I answer the call directly from the Mac, 90% of the time it will work BUT If I answer the call from the iPhone and then try to transfer to Mac, 99% of the times it will fail, and the call will drop The FaceTime app will open up, large and completely black, and then the call will drop. From here, as long as I don't close the FaceTime app, the call will drop immediately if I try it again I found people who ask about it, but have not seen an answer. Anything I can do? I am not used to things not working on apple devices...
