Access To Account Denied and Apple Won't Tell Me Why
I have an ITunes account on my Windows PC that I've had for years, I believe maybe 10. I don't sign into it very often, by when I tried yesterday, I received a message that it was Inactive. When I went through all of the motions of trying to reset my password, etc. I finally landed on the my account was locked. Then I went through the motions of trying to regain access to my account, and my access was denied. I called Apple Support and they told me for privacy reasons, they could not tell me why my access to my account was denied. Bottom line, I have an iTunes account with a ton of songs in it that I purchased, and Apple will not let me access my account nor will they tell me why or what I have to do, to get it resolved. I had to create a new account in order to post this question to the community. The iTunes account on Windows, is the only Apple product that I have access to. No iPad, no iPhone. etc. Any ideas how I can get access to my account ?
