HomePod mini intercom feature

I have set up a shortcut, which executes an intercom to my HomePod mini. The shortcut uses text in English and intercom it to HomePod

But most of the times that text is read by Siri in very very high speed. I’m not able to figure out what is the problem because it does not happen every time.

Run 1 of my shortcuts from HomePod Mini via Siri Hi All, I'd like to be able to start my local radio (web, so via an URL) on my HomePod Mini, via Siri. I made a very simple shortcut that works fine when I click on it on my iPhone. However, when I ask Siri to run it ("Hey Siri, run my shortcut Première", Première being the name of the shortcut), nothing happens. Well, either nothing, or Siri starts a podcast that is basically named "Matin Première" (so quite resembling). Other commands via Siri work fine, so I don't see what prevents Siri from starting the shortcut. Can you please guide me? Thank you!

Shortcuts not always working on HomePod I have shortcuts to open and close my shutters. These shortcuts work on iPhone and Apple Watch all the time. on HomePod sometimes it works and sometimes it says “iphone is not on the same network”. I can’t understand that because the phone is always in the same wifi when I ask Siri to execute the shortcut. homepod is ios 16.2 and iPhone is also iOS 16. these problems started a few month ago. 2 years before that I had never any kind of problems. i reseted the HomePod and router but I still have a lot of problems with the HomePod execute shortcuts.
