7th gen ipad cant open google slide doc

Wondering if issue is with latest version that has been pushed out 1.2025.09200 or lose of support? Tested opening docs on different iOS versions, different slide app versions, while on different Wi-Fi networks, different browsers. Users can see their docs they just cant open them on the iPad and when try given error ("Can't open doc" Connect to the internet and try again). Users have no issues with accounts on other devices such as MacBook's or newer cell phones viewing and opening docs in slides. This hasn't been an issue brought to my attention till last week or two.
