How can I restore visible song titles when burning CDs on iMac after macOS update?

Running an iMac with the most recent OSX 15.3.1 ( 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5 )

I'm no longer able to burn music to an external CD to include the song title. This stopped working with most recent OS upgrade.

Our 2010 Vintage Mustang GT has a music "JukeBox" installed and we have successfully been able to load our iTunes to it prior that included the song title.

Sadly, we no longer have the option to add/select the visible song title (the option is visible on the list but is now grayed out/unable to click on it)

We've been successful in burning CDs with the titles up until the latest OS update.

Any suggestions?

Kinda hard to scroll/search/shuffle through a song list with songs untitled. lol.
