Playground app only shows Chinese uniforms

When trying to create an avatar using the new AI Playground app I typed in "military" and got a picture in a Chinese uniform. I tried to be more specific and typed in "US Marine Corps" and STILL got a photo in a Chinese military uniform. Tried "US Navy" and got a Chinese Navy uniform. WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! Apple needs to fix this.

Image Playground not available on M4 iPad Pro I’ve installed iPadOS 18.2 just yesterday, and I’ve also enabled Apple Intelligence. I have access to Genmoji, the Image Wand in Notes, and ChatGPT Siri, but I don’t have the Image Playground App. When I search for it in the App Store, it doesn’t show up, and clicking the direct link to the app via the App Store link just says it isn’t supported in my region. my region is Malaysia. how do I access it?
