Image Playground not available on M4 iPad Pro

I’ve installed iPadOS 18.2 just yesterday, and I’ve also enabled Apple Intelligence. I have access to Genmoji, the Image Wand in Notes, and ChatGPT Siri, but I don’t have the Image Playground App. When I search for it in the App Store, it doesn’t show up, and clicking the direct link to the app via the App Store link just says it isn’t supported in my region.

my region is Malaysia.

how do I access it?

I have the same problem. No “Image Playground” app on my M4 13” iPad, either. My region is the U.S. Anyone out there who DOES have the app?
