Podcast queue keeps disapearing
This question is asked multiple times in the community, but Apple keeps locking the topics for lack of replies. Weird for such a common problem. In my case I have a literally brand new Max pro 16 with the the most up to date iOS, but no matter what I do on this phone or my last one (13 max), for no reason my queue just deletes itself. I press no buttons, give no SIRI commands, initiate or accept zero updates or backups, just POOF!
Now the very ability to add anything to the queue has disappeared too. I can only make one by repeated “play next” commands. It’s bizarre. I’ve pasted another similar complaint below to show what I mean in my first sentence, BTW. Why are these topics constantly locked?

podcasts up next queue disappeared after most recent ios upd
After updating my iPhone to iOS 18.1.1, my up next queue in Apple Podcasts that I’ve had ongoing for over 5 years (over 600 episodes in the queue because I add faster than I can listen) has disappeared. Any idea how to get this back or do I just have to let it go?
