iOS Podcast App Settings Crashing

When I try to open the settings for the iOS Podcast app from the main Settings, it just crashes without opening. I've updated my software, restarted my device, force quit the Podcast app, etc. and nothing works. Every time I try, it just crashes immediately.

For context, I had Podcasts set not to sync in iCloud and am trying to go in and turn syncing on.

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 17

Delete the app then redownload it.

How can you delete it? I can't seem to as it's an Apple app?
