Hardware issue on my iPhone 12 Pro after iOS 18.3.1 update

My iphone 12 pro was fine and was on the table. When it was automatically downloading the latest update of ios 18.3.1. When it finished downloading the update a pop up screen saying my network services has an issue came up. When i check about it. It showed me to update my system and try if it could solve it.


i then updated it to ios 18.3.1 i went to the service centre and they’re saying its a hardware issue and costs 44k inr.


The thing is my phone was in the same physical state before the issue occurring and after. The only change it had was downloading the new updating.


Implementing that the new ios update software led to this hardware issue or whatever issue happened regarding the network to my phone.

Making apple responsible for this fault.

Sorry, but this is a user to user only forum, NOT Apple Support. As users we can't help you here. If Apple has determined there is a hardware issue, then you'll need to work this out with Apple directly.


I see you chatted with Apple. Did you take your iPhone to an official Apple Store to have your phone tested? I would suggest you do that.
