Orange box on screen only inside Pages app

I reported this in Feedback also.

So I was typing, hit a wrong key, Pages highlighted the mistake in an orange box, I took the correction, but the orange box remained static on screen. Remaining in place as I scroll and even when I close the document the artefact remains on the file page. If I open a different document the artefact is there too.

I have found the only way to remove it is by closing the app.

Black lines on iPad Pro 2018 screen Hi there, I have 1 pixel black lines on my iPad screen. But only in certain apps, like Chunky, Procreate, Sketchbook, and only around UI elements. It is not present at all in any Apple apps, like Safari, Notes, etc. In Chunky app if I am using my iPad in vertical orientation, there is two vertical black lines around the window's top three dot button. But it disappears if I rotate the iPad to landscape mode. In Procreate and Sketcthbook they are or it is in some case horizontal and only present if I open a palette, like the layers or colors palette. I tried to make several a screenshots but they are not visible on them. I also tried to force restart, sign out from and sign back to iCloud, delete and reinstall the apps and even resetting the iPad settings. But no matter what I try. Could you please help me if it is not a software issue – as it seems to me at first, because it is tied to UI elements, disappears on rotation, etc. – then what could cause it and is it fixable? Should I report it to the app developers, since it only appears in certain apps or is it an iPadOS issue since the problem appears around standard UI elements like the elliptic window menu and palettes with drop shadow? iPad Files App Erases Document Highlights there is this glitch in the iPad where it will erase highlights made to a document. I’ve re- highlighted the same thing in a document over and over countless times in a day because of this, and am beginning to find the apple pen and the files feature rendered pointless if this cannot be corrected, as it is truly the main way in which i interact with the iPad. A respondent said to another complaint “this is not a common issue” but on that complaint were 38 people with the same problem. Please fix this
