The first link I gave you is for what you see on the screen. You would need to use a computer to resolve this. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes if using a Windows computer. I cannot remember the exact location of update files in iTunes for Windows. If you cannot get it to work, then your next step is to contact Apple Support.
