What Does “Will Be Removed on 23 Mar 2025” Mean in Find My iPhone?

If you handed over your Apple ID and Apple ID password to the criminals, they could have accessed any data that was synchronized to iCloud, or stored in iCloud backups.

That horse may be out of the barn, but you should secure the account going forwards.

That means that Find My has been removed from your iPhone and and on that date, thus removing the Activation Lock, making the iPhone fully usable to the thieves to setup on their own. Unfortunately, you fell for a common scam attempts where the thieves of a lost or stolen iPhone will contact the owner saying their iPhone was "found". When you follow the link they provide it will ask you to login to your Apple Account, thus handing over that to the thieves and allowing them to remove the Activation Lock.

As long as you had a passcode in place when your iPhone was stolen, the thieves will not be able to access any of your personal data. But when you removed the iPhone from Find My, they will be able to reset the iPhone for themselves. If you had a simple, guessable passcode or no passcode in place, I would highly suggest you select “Erase iPhone” in Find My so all your data will be erased and not accessible to the thieves.
