Displays Glitch Lines On iPhone 16 pro max
Last month I bought new iPhone 16pro max and when I used the phone I have some Displays Glitch Lines , its not normal after a week I went to the Apple Store and I talked with a technician there he said that’s not normal and they replaced the full screen after I received the phone from them on same day still the problem there same ( the Glitch Lines still there ) I call them many times they gave me another appointments in next week when I went there the technician said sorry the problem with the software so be patient for few weeks until new software come then the problem will solve directly I approved and waiting for 2 weeks until the new software and I download the latest software 18.4 and still the problem same nothing change I went again to day to the same Apple Store and talk to the technician he said nothing we can do so until apple company fix the issue
so my question is to apple when you will fix the issue? otherwise refund our money we will find out other brands phone to use because , I don’t have the enough time to visit your store and waiting for long Period
