How do I fix iTunes unstable issues with song organization on Windows 10?

While organizing my music library of 40K+ songs on my Windows 10 PC….ITUNES repeatedly it looses track of album songs which I have to manually play them from my windows folder to have it appear on the album listing. I been working on this library for more than a month and it seems I’m wasting my time
