App subscription

Hello, I was charged $35.99 for my subscription to an app called Lensa but I had a free one week trial. I added to notify me when my trial was ending so that I could unsubscribe on time, but it didn’t notify me at all. I was wondering if I could get a refund, I already unsubscribed. Thank you

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
