Why does iTunes from Microsoft Store take ages to load on Windows 11 PC?

Have iTunes from Microsoft Store on Windows 11 PC. It takes ages to load, why is this.

iTunes doesn't work with windows 11 I have windows 11 on my laptop. I recently downloaded iTunes on said laptop and iTunes will not update my library nor make any of my purchases available. I've done everything. Checked to ensure iTunes is fully updated. Checked to ensure computer hardware and software are all updated. Uninstalled and Reinstalled iTunes. Turned off firewall. Turned off antivirus. Checked router and updated to latest firmware update. Contacted Apple and after 6 hours of phone time and 4 sessions of remote access I still do not have access to my iTunes library. What is the next step?
