Widget not displaying devices on iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 18.3.1

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the widget on my iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.3.1. Despite having all necessary settings, including location sharing and family sharing, my devices aren’t showing but people, and items are displaying in the widget.

I have verified that the widget is correctly set up and only shows people and items. However, my devices are not included in the widget. I have attempted to resolve this issue by signing out of my account, rebooting my device, and performing a complete system reset. However, the problem persists.

Could you please provide assistance in resolving this issue?

To use Find My and Location Services on an iPhone effectively, both your iPhone and the device you're trying to locate must have an active internet connection. These services rely on internet access to share your location with friends and family and to track the locations of devices, people, and items. Without internet connectivity on either end, the sharing and locating features of Find My and Location Services will not function properly.
