Widgets not working with ios 18 and above

Half of my widgets are broken or do not appear after the ios 18 update.

ios 18.2 widgets not stacking since 18.2 update. Since updating to iOS 18.2 widgets are not allowing stacking. Attempt to add new widget to stack results in the existing stack to jump away. Behavior only appears on iPhone 12 Mini and not my iPad.

Same here, lost my agenda widget, pretty bizarre and very frustrating.
