How do I pair two hearing aids simultaneously on iPhone SE (3rd generation)?

I have a Cochlear implant hearing aid on the right and an ordinary hearing aid on the left.

I have just bought an IPhone SE gen 3 to replace my old iPhone 7 .

i was able to pair both hearing devices together on the IPhone 7 IOS 15.8, but I can’t get them to both pair on the iPhone SE gen 3

I can get Cochlear paired but not the hearing aid.

can you help as I need both paired at the same time to hear phone calls, I am profoundly deaf.
