I cannot pair two hearing aid devices to my phone at same time. If I forget one it shows both but only allows me to pair one and then other disappears

You can only pair one Bluetooth audio device at a time. It is the way the Bluetooth protocol is designed.=

Update the Drivers:

If they worked in the past this way, then, they were paired as one device, and not independently. Seek the drivers from your doctor.
