iPhone 16 Pro Max notifications not popping up

None of my notifications will pop up. I don’t have anything on do not disturb. I just updated my phone. I have a iPhone 16 Pro Max. This is annoying. What is the issue?

Notifications are not showing up in the Notification Center on my iPhone X I have had this phone for a long time now but recently there has been a bug or maybe something in settings happened but I don’t recall changing my settings recently but the bug is that i get notifications but they never appear in the notifications center! Check your setting and notifications, maybe some app notifications are shut off
