Missing notifications on iPhone 13 Pro Max

I stopped getting notifications on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I checked to make sure that my notifications were turned on for each app needed. I made sure that the lock screen was turned on and I also reset my phone…nothing. What else can I do. It was working fine then out of the blue just stopped.

Notifications or Notifications Alerts?

Help for Notification Alerts --> No Notification Alerts - Apple Community
To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
Some apps have their own notification settings over and above the iOS notification settings: An example of Instagram Notification settings is given below

I’m sorry I meant notification alerts. I did all of the steps including resetting my phone. I don’t know what caused it to stop.
