iPhone 14 Plus sporadically freezing on screen, preventing scrolling and image loading

sporadically freezing on screen, wont allow me to scroll, page will load print but not images such a Amazon or Walmart.

then might jump right to hone screen off of whatever page I’m on.

not the internet because it happens not only at my home but while visiting my daughter

history and cache cleared, apps closed…still happening

phone is not even a month old and can’t return it to spectrum

im really exasperated!
