whatsapp for business transcripts not available?

I was using transcripts on regular whatsapp voice messages. I switched to business and I can't find the option under settings, then chats. I messaged with whatsapp support extensively and finally they said: "I appreciate you trying to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, it seems that the voice message transcript feature is still not available on your WhatsApp Business for iPhone." How can this be true?
