I cannot download my photos from icloud.com
When I log into my icloud.com and find MY OWN photo that I want to download, the download button is greyed out and not clickable. I am about to lose my photos! Please help!

Do you have enough storage space in your iCloud account? If that is not the issue, it may be due to poor Internet connections, glitches, having to update your device to the latest version of iOS, or having your iCloud settings messed up.
