HomePod mini setup error code 7005

My HomePod mini, was reset due to issues with it not responding & SiRi kept saying having trouble connecting. Now I keep getting an error code (7005) every time I try to set it up by placing my iPhone 16 Pro Max next to it. What is going on with it???

HomePod mini Setup Failed (-7003) I am trying to setup a new HomePod mini. I use an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS17.0.3. HomePod and iPhone are on the same WiFi network. I have reset (soft and hard) several times. Every time I am attempting to setup the HomePod, I am getting an error code (see subject) when attempting to update the software on the device. Thank you for any suggestion/help with connecting this device.

HomePod setup keeps resulting in failure code (-12001) New HomePod just delivered. Using iPhone 15 pro to setup for first time. Keeps getting failure code (-12001). I reinstalled the HOME app and loaded latest iOS version on phone.
