Where has my iTunes music library gone

Went to my Lenovo laptop today and my vast music library has gone. Signed out the in again and still the same. My iTunes Match is up to date. All I get is a screen with podcast info If I try to go to my library the screen locks. Any ideas please. Fazzyman

At a guess you have installed one or more of Apple Music for Windows, Apple TV for Windows, or Apple Devices for Windows. Installing any of these alters iTunes such that it only works with audiobooks and podcasts. Remove the newer apps to restore your library.
