How do you delete your iTunes music library on a Mac computer
without affecting other devices?

I would suggest that you backup what you have first, just in case it turns out to be a mistake, then delete the entire iTunes folder from ~/Music/iTunes, or whatever other path your actively library might be stored on, and the media folder too if it is on some other path. Deleting the library, as opposed to the content of the library, won't affect any other library that might be synced via Apple Music or iTunes Match. If you don't plan to use the computer for iTunes any more you might deauthorize the computer and sign out of your Apple ID before you delete the library.
