Changing my phones country location without losing Apple Pay
If I change my country’s region under my name under setting, I know I might lose some apps, but will my Apple Pay still remain or will I lose access to that?

You can change the region your iPhone is associated with and most banks will permit your cards to stay in your Apple Wallet app.
However, if you log out of your Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID) all credit cards, debit cards and passes such as airlines and concert tickets will be removed for security purposes.
