Will my subscriptions be affected if I change Apple Account Region?

hi, i’ll travel to japan in two days. and to use a travel card called suica on my apple wallet, i need to change my region like Settings->General->Language & Region ->Region. because apple pay is not available in my country. if i switch this setting from my country to japan, will my subscriptions etc. gonna change? or what will be affected? i need to know it asap, thank you for any help :’>
