How do I fix an iPhone 13 Pro that won't connect to the internet via any means

Out of the blue my iPhone 13 Pro won’t connect to internet via any means. I am a network and system administrator and expert with networking issues.

i can connect to any wifi, 4g, 5g, personal hotspot but get no internet.

i have tried

  1. rebooting iPhone.
  2. resetting network settings
  3. several wifis, both 2.4 and 5Ghz. My other devices connect fine.
  4. 2 different personal hotspots which do have internet.
  5. 4 different 4g networks (EE, Movistar, vodaphone and gibtelecom)
  6. disabling limit ip address tracking
  7. disabling private ip

when I connect to my own WiFi, I get the correct IP, subnet mask and router, but a minute after a minute says “no internet connection “

safari says “safari couldn’t open the page because the server stopped responding”

other apps just say no internet connection

I have not installed anything for several months.

i don’t have any VPNs configured

I don’t have any firewall or antivirus installed

try

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support -

if that did not resolve it then I would contact
