How do I remove an unwanted screen reader app from iPhone?

At one point I think I got an app through the App Store but I cannot find a way to get rid of it off my device. When it is not in use it is just an arrow inside of a box. It can be placed anywhere on you screen even over an existing app. When you click it it will read whatever is on your screen. I do not see it in apps nor can I hold it down to delete it. Please help!!

It’s not an app.

Go to Settings - Accessibility- Spoken Content.

If Speak Screen is on then swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers will activate this feature. It speaks whatever is on the screen.
