Active Noise Cancellation in AirPods 4 keeps pulsating

Both my AirPods, mainly my left but sometimes my right have been making a strange pulsating noise after turning on ANC, they had never made these noises before and I had only purchased them in December. I have updated my devices, reset them, removed my AirPods and reconnected them again and nothing seems to work, I have cleaned them too but it was still no use. If anyone is able to provide a solution it would be much appreciated.
