Lost all passwords on iPhone 15 Pro Max after updating to iOS 18.1

18.1 lost all my passwords. It is past 30 days before I discovered the problem so they are not listed in the deleted folder. Where do I go from here?

Sorry but If it’s been over 30 days, you can no longer recover the passwords as it is now permanently deleted.
