Apple Carplay doesn’t work with a iPhone 15 ios 18.3.1

The Apple Carplay is not working for my Ford Figo.

The iPhone’s new ios is not compatible with the car’s current software. And according to my car manufacturers there is not a new software update available for the car. What should I do?

Similar issue since updating my iphone 13 to ios18.3.1. (No issue in 18.3.0). Connection to the car is difficult and once connected the application doesn't access to the data (no musical streaming, no map application).
