iPhone videos Won't Load After IOS update

I get a message that iPhone is "Loading Library" but the page just flickers and won't load.

update 18.1.1 cant veiw old videos I purchased a new iPhone 13 in March of 24. Only 53 GB used of 256 GB. After updating my phone to the 18.1.1 update, I can no longer view any videos I took before the update. The thumbnail of the videos appear but when I tap to play them the screen goes blank and there is no sound. However, the play bar appears to she the video is playing. I can take new videos with no issue but I would like to be able to see my old memories. I’ve worked with the photo settings but nothing has fixed this problem. Anyone else experiencing this? And what else could I try to fix this bug.

Why are photos and videos not loading on my iPhone 6s? Most of the pictures and videos on my 6s aren’t loading when I click on them. The videos will not play and the pictures are blurry and have a small circle in the bottom left hand corner [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Unable to load video After editing video in iPhone it’s not saving the video. When press on (!) it says Unable to load video “An error occurred while loading a higher-quality version of this video “ I have enough storage like 163.0GB free storage. I applied many tactics but wouldn’t work. This problem seen after updating ios 17. My device is iPhone xs max
