iPhone 13 Pro stuck in SOS mode after iOS 18.3.1 update

Updated my IPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18.3.1 and now my phone is stuck in SOS mode. My carrier doesn't have an outage and it isnt an account issue. This happened as soon as I updated to the new iOS. What can I do? I can't afford a new phone or being without mine due to work.

SOS means that your phone is working, but is not connected to your carrier’s network. It can only make emergency calls on other networks. You need to contact your carrier to resolve this. Here is guidance from Apple→If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad
