Split screen in a pages document

I would like to split screen a document.

I am using footnotes and i would like to;

a. use end notes

b. be able to scroll independently through the end notes and leave the top of the document the way it is or vice versa.

Is this possible?

iMac 27″, macOS 12.7

Notes app multiline text edit Hi, I am trying to edit multiple lines of text at the same time in Notes app. In some other apps I can do it like shift+option+left click and drag up or down the lines. So with that option I can edit multiple lines of text at the same time. But in Notes app I couldn't the same functionality, is there anyway for editing multiple lines of text in Notes? Thanks a lot.

Pages does not offer a split screen effect in the same document.
