"Removing list of apps in Settings: Okay, I know how to remove an app from my screen, but seriously, how do you remove the listings of them out of Settings? They are listed in alphabetical order under Apps, and it’s every blasted app I ever downloaded, deleted or active. It’s not the app icons, it’s an actual listing of the apps by name. Ridding of Apps in Settings:
You Can't. If these are installed on your iPhone, and are not hidden by ScreenTime, then they will show up in Settings. So, if you don't hat to see them in Settings, then you'll have to hide them with ScreenTime. But that doesn't seems to what you are looking for.
Disable these ScreenTime.

- Tap: Screen Time
- Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Tap: Allowed Apps
- Tap: [the apps] (so that they are greyed-out_
So, Recommend this to Apple:
Do your Part: Being not an option, recommend this to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what features to include in iOS versions to come. Apple will know nothing of your ideas if you don't provide them to them.
