IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELETE UNWANTED APPS FROM SETTINGS??
- I have deleted any unwanted apps from my Home Screen and library however the apps still appear in Settings. Is there a way to delete them finally from my phone?

That indicates you have not deleted you have just removed it from the Home Screen.
First disable the Screen Time Restrictions, if any.
Settings > Screen Time > Contenet And Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > [Allow]
There are six possibilities
- Delete an offloaded App
- Delete an App from the Home Screen
- Remove an App from the Home Screen - Will be placed in the App Library
- Delete an App from the App Library
- Delete an inbuilt App - Not feasible
- Delete an inbuilt App with one feature - You do not get any options either (e.g. Magnifier)
