PAGES doc not opening or showing

I have a few PAGES docs that I've been working on and they are not appearing anywhere on screen. The standard solutions don't work.

All my files show the .PAGES extension, and when I look at PAGES>Window> it shows three docs are open. None are visible but were open earlier today.
Double-clicking the icon doesn't open them
Dragging them into the pages icon in my dock doesn't;t open
going to PAGES>File>Open doesn't open.
Open Recent doesn't open.

All selections appear black, not grey, as if not available.

iMac 27″, macOS 15.3

Since switching to Mac, when I CTRL-click on the Pages icon, I was shown a list of my ten or so most recently modified documents. In the last two weeks, I've noticed that list was shrinking. Today it's nonexistent. This isn't a huge issue, but I work on multiple documents within a week, and having quick access just made Pages work smoother. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!

MacOS 15 has made Apple Pages won't open docx files MacOS 15 has made Apple Pages won't open docx files. If the file has *.doc extension, it works. Even if i rename docx files to doc 's one. IS there any guesses what can be done to restore proper Apple Page behavior?

Pages will not open .docx documents I am trying to open docx documents and Pages will not do it. I have tried going to the Cache and looking for the com.apple.iwork.pages and that apparently does not exist on my laptop. I have a new 2022 MacBook Pro, M2 processor, 13 inch and everything is up to date. Why is this happening? How do I fix it? I need to access these documents!
