Pages for Mac No Longer Displaying Recent Docs

Hi there. I'm running MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 and Pages 14.2, and noticed a minor--but annoying--change in behavior. Since switching to Mac, when I CTRL-click on the Pages icon, I was shown a list of my ten or so most recently modified documents. In the last two weeks, I've noticed that list was shrinking. Today it's nonexistent.

This isn't a huge issue, but I work on multiple documents within a week, and having quick access just made Pages work smoother. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!

If you cleared the Open Recent menu contents in Pages for Mac, that would also clear the Show Recents in the Pages Dock menu. If there were no Recents menu entries in the Pages File menu, and you did not clear them, then

check System Settings > Control Center panel for the following setting at the bottom of that panel.

which in this example would allow for 10 items in both Recent locations as you open, save, and close Pages documents.

Same here. Since Sequoia no recent files in Pages which is very annoying. No matter settings But I found out something. I use two laptops a MacBook Pro (2021) and a MacBook Air (2024) both use now Sequoia. The "recent files" issue happens only in the MacBook Air. The MacBook Pro does show the recent files which makes no sense at all since both use the same ICloud. I thought it may be useful if this happens to be a pattern.
