How do I disable stolen protection and face recognition on iPhone?

I need help turning off the stolen protection on my phone so I can turn off the face recognition because it is not working at all

Why is it not working? Go to Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Stolen Device Protection and turn off. There may be a 1 hour security delay. Once you have done that in the same menu you can turn off Face ID.
