iTunes "Restore Backup" button is Grayed-Out

Hello there,

I have installed iTunes from Microsoft store ( latest version) then I have toke a full backup of my iPhone 15 Pro Max in my PC.

I have verified that backup files are in place in this path:

C:\Users\{Username}\Apple\MobileSync\Backup

while upgrading the iPhone I run into an issue which lead me to format the iPhone "Restore iPhone"

then iPhone doesn't allow me to upgrade the iOS....

and I saw one article in Internet instructed that I need to ( Uninstall ) the iTunes then reinstall it again from this link:

After installing the iTunes from the said link, I was able to do the following:

1- Restore the iPhone.

2- upgrade the iOS to 18.3.1

finally, I have tried to restore the backup from the the path but the new iTunes not recognizing it!

How to re-Sync the backup to the new iTunes?
