My iphone was stolen on the 15th of dec 2024 and find my device was disabled , I need help with locating my iphone and enabling find my device setting, it's an iphone 8. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, there are none, at least none that you can avail yourself of. A cell carrier can do limited tracking, but they will normally only do so in the case of someone's life being in danger (such as a kidnapping) or in response to a police request. After two months since your phone was stolen, neither will be applicable in your case. And after that much time your phone is almost certainly out of the country and disassembled by now.
At this point you're going to just have to accept that your iPhone is gone forever.

If Find My was not enabled when the phone was stolen, you cannot enable Find My now. To enable Find My, you would have needed to have the phone in your hands to enable the option.
Sorry, it is not possible to now use Find My to try to locate your phone.
Are there any other ways you know of to locate my phone?
If the phone was stolen......sorry, but no. The phone is gone.
If the phone was lost or forgotten.......retrace your steps and ask at shops and restaurants that you may have visited.
Your carrier might be able to locate the phone, but they will only do this in cases of emergencies like a missing person. Even then, the carrier will require a court order to proceed.
