Hello Apple9148,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you need help with with locating a lost device. We completely understand why you'd reach out, and are happy to help.

Unfortunately, if a device has find my turned off, it will not be trackable. For find my to be turned off, it has to be turned off using the Apple ID associated.

With that being said, there are a few steps that you need to take:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support this article will help make sure that your iCloud information is secure.

Please have a look and let us know if this helps!

Cheers!
